• CRE form populated. Initially set up just between IPO and HCM, but feel this is a wider issue as it should also define the interface for calibration masks provided by CM team.
• FC 17/11/23: Anna is chasing up. General acceptance this is fine from sub-system teams. CM will to provide masks to the interface.
• FC 12/05/24: Pushed again -- seems to have stalled.
• VFW 15/05/24: Latest understanding from Anna and agreed by Elvio.
• FC 30/05/24 : On-going discussions about the design and responsibility of the masks.
• FC 2024-07-04: Attempt to separate ICD from SOW. Some discussion needed on alignment tolerances. Anna going to IAC week commencing 8 Jul.
• VFW 2024-07-24: Notes from discussion on FPM with Laurent, Elvio, Stephane, Yves, Thibaut.
• VFW 2024-09-05: Anna requested that now the dwg is covering 3 interfaces, it may require a new number. FCl suggested only need one dwg (IPO dwg), point the three different interface identifiers at that single drawing.
• VFW 2024-09-23: Calum to implement requirements numbers received from ESO into DOORS.
• VFW 2024-09-23: The update has been made to the mechanical ICD.
• VFW 2024-10-14: Anna will email and update.
• 2024-10-15 VFW: Drawing is under review.
• 2024--10-17: Anna chasing for feedback on the drawing, to close this out despite descope.
• 2024-11-19 VFW: Okay from Laurent.
