More Information
The page is separated in to 5 sections. Document Selected, Applicable Documents, Reference Documents, Referenced By and All Available version of the Document:
1. Documents Selected – This section displays the meta-data of the document selected.
2. Applicable Documents – This section displays all the applicable documents mentioned in the document selected.
3. Reference Documents – This section displays all the reference documents mentioned in the document selected.
4. Referenced by in Reference Documents (Version Specific) – All documents in the CIDL database which references the version of the document selected in the Reference Documents.
5. Referenced by in Applicable Documents (Version Specific) – All documents in the CIDL database which references the version of the document selected in the Applicable Documents.
6. Referenced by in Reference Documents (Not Version Specific) – All documents in the CIDL database which references any version of the document selected in the Reference Documents.
7. Referenced by in Applicable Documents (Not Version Specific)– All documents in the CIDL database which references any version of the document selected in the Applicable Documents.
8. All available versions of the document – All other version of the document selected.
Applicable and Reference documents –
If the document name appears in the applicable and reference documents list, then that document is available in the CIDL database and can be accessed via the “+”
link for more information, or a direct link to the PDF via the PDF icon link. If the resource ID does appear in the CIDL database, but the version of the document
is not found then the following message will appear in the list item: “Not found in the Database but other version of the document found click here”.
Clicking on this link, all other versions of the document will appear. This suggests that the document selected is not referencing the right version of the
document in CIDL. If the resource ID is not detected in the CIDL database then the following message in the list item will appear: “Not found in the Database”.
This suggests that no version of the document can be found in CIDL.
PDF Link
The PDF link is directed to the HARMONI SharePoint. If you do not have access to the HARMONI SharePoint, this link will not work.
Checking affected documents (for CREs)
When initiating a CRE, it is important to ensure all the documents that are affected by the Change Request are highlighted. Referenced By section (4, 5, 6 and 7 in More Information) can be useful in highlighting all the documents which may be affected.
Checking the latest version of the document/drawing is referenced
To ensure the latest version of the document is being referenced in a working document, a simple search query of a document can be made and all versions of the document will be listed. Please ensure the “Released” version of the document is referenced.
