  CRE Notes

• FC 07/23 : Small changes to the ICR requirements coming out of the CDR2 review. Should be a quick change I think - no impacts on design expected, just clarifications.
• FC 09/23 : Classified as class II, though noted that change in cooldown time also affects other sub-systems in IFS. Prompted stakeholders for feedback.
• VFW 2024-07-08: FCl emailed Meenu, couldn't find updated document and approval/agreement emails, FCl will chase.
• VFW 2024-07-09: Doc found and uploaded as working version.
• VFW 2024-09-04: One additinoal change to warm-up time that was missed. Waiting for re-agreement from stake holders.
• VFW 2024-09-23: Warm-up time requirement was missing, to be added and agreed. Meenu is working on this.
