• Received from ESO on 2nd August.
• Created a blank internal form for tracking.
• 07/08/23 : Added in first estimate of what documents will be affected. emailed stakeholders
• 22/08/23 : Feedback from DMe,OG,BN. Started to populated part 2
• 25/08/23 : Feedback from MT,KD,NT. All OK. Small changes proposed to feedback to ESO. Ready for CCB
• FCl 12/09/23 : Reviewed at CCB. Approved for acceptance to ESO, subject to comments back from TMO
• FCl 13/09/23 : Positive response from TMO. FC returned part 2 to ESO (acknowledged 14/9). Await formal acceptance from ESO now.
• 20/09/23 : Kicked back internally with ESO, request to include FWHM in JQ1 requirement too. Discussions on-going with HRM AO scientists. OK in principle, still a debate on exactly how the value is defined and how requirement will be verified.
• 13/12/23 : Updated CRE recieved from ESO. Kicked back to ready for CCB.
• 01/24: Discussed in PMO on 9 Jan-24, Dave wants email from all stakeholders before approving.
• 25 Jan all stakeholder emails received.
• VFW 30/01/24: Dave happy to sign.
• FC : 30/01/24: Signed form returned to ESO. Now awaiting Part III before implementing.
• FC: 20/02/24 : PartIII received back from ESO.
• FC 04/07/24: New IDs confirmed by ESO. Still to implement in DOORS.
• VFW 2024-07-09: CCB Review, Fraser will email Mike and request him to bring information into DOORS.
• VFW 2024-09-23: Calum to implement requirements numbers received from ESO into DOORS.
